Funds help create meaningful employment opportunities for adults with disabilities, support community initiatives, and fuel future empowering merchandise drops that help spread awareness and inclusion.

From packaging orders to contributing to creative projects, adults with disabilities play a key role in our operations—empowering them with skills, opportunities, and community connections.
Ordering and Payment
Simply browse our online shop, add your favorite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter shipping and payment information, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other secure digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at Joyfillment@espyouandme.org within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery
Our JOYfillment Team will typically ship orders within five business days of purchase. Please check your email associated with your order for updates. If you have questions, please contact us at JOYfillment@espyouandme.org.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We occasionally have special promotions, so be sure to sign up for our See Squad newsletter on our website to stay in the loop!
No. We only ship SEE ABILITY orders due to the large volume of orders we regularly receive.

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey straight to your door.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or if the tracking shows it as lost, please reach out to us at JOYfillment@espyouandme.org and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your SEE ABILITY merch! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. You will need to email JOYfillment@espyoundme.org with your Order Number and details about what you’d like to return. Our team will be in touch with the next steps. We do not provide refunds for shipping charges.
Please allow 10-15 business days for processing of your return and any refunds. Refunds will be made once the item has been received. You will get an email confirmation from JOYfillment@espyouandme.org.
If the size or color isn’t quite right, contact us within 14 days and we’ll help with the exchange, based on product availability. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can exchange unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. You will need to email JOYfillment@espyoundme.org with your Order Number and details about what you’d like to exchange. Our team will be in touch with the next steps. We do not provide refunds for previous shipping charges.
