
Atlanta, Georgia (May 27, 2025) – Extra Special People (esp), a leading non-profit organization dedicated to creating transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families, changing communities for the better, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Aly Clift as the new Executive Director of esp Atlanta.
Aly Clift brings over a decade of experience in non-profit organizations, previously serving as the Executive Director of the Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia. She is excited to partner with the Atlanta team and continue impacting the community, overseeing the strategic implementation of esp’s programs, operations, and fundraising efforts specific to Atlanta. Her instrumental work in advancing awareness, advocacy, and support for individuals throughout her career makes her an ideal addition to the esp team and mission.
“Last year, at our very first summer camp in Atlanta, I attended as a community mom, bringing my kids to a Friend Friday event. What I witnessed that day moved me deeply. My first-hand experience with esp affirmed my desire to be part of such an extraordinary organization, filled with compassionate people dedicated to bringing joyful moments to others. Seeing the programs in action gave me invaluable insight into what lies ahead for Metro Atlanta, and I am thrilled to now serve as executive director and be part of that journey,” says Clift.

Clift is a native of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Auburn University. She enjoys life in Marietta with her husband and two daughters.
