Melissa is a fundraising expert with 25+ years of experience helping nonprofits across North America crush their goals. From universities to arts groups to community organizations, she blends sharp data skills with creative storytelling to turn supporters into lifelong champions. At ESP, Melissa puts these skills to use to transform the annual fund and modernize our approach for connecting with donors.
Melissa is a double Dawg at heart, earning her B.A. at the University of Georgia and M.B.A. at Mississippi State. Melissa lives in Bogart, Georgia with her husband and two children – where she cheers on the Dawgs, draws and dreams up new ways to make a difference.
A proud Delta Gamma and lifelong Girl Scout, Melissa’s love for doing good doesn’t stop at work – she’s built PTOs into 501(c)(3)s and stays busy volunteering.
