Salem Kirby brings both professional experience and personal passion to her role as Executive Director of esp High Point. As a foster parent, she has seen firsthand the importance of community, inclusion, and celebration in helping children thrive. That experience continues to inspire her leadership and her commitment to creating programs that support families in meaningful ways.
Over the past two decades, Salem has served the community in a variety of roles: from providing direct care services to launching educational programs, to leading large-scale hydroponic farm management and food distribution initiatives as Program Director at H.O.P.E. of Winston-Salem. Along the way, she’s developed both the operational know-how and the heart-centered leadership needed to build sustainable, people-focused programs.
Although based in Winston Salem, Salem is proud to be esp’s newest long-distance teammate. She is excited to roll up her sleeves, get to know the staff and families, and work together to expand opportunities and build an even stronger community across the region.
