ESP Core Value: Persevering Together

With a background in Psychology from Alabama State University, she brings more than 15 years of experience supporting children and families across Northwest Georgia. Her work has included special education, behavioral support services, nonprofit leadership, and community-based programming. Candice is deeply passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating spaces where individuals and families feel supported, connected, heard, and seen.

A proud Rome native, Candice cares deeply about her community and the people within it. Outside of work, she enjoys community engagement and service, along with spending time with her daughter, family, and close friends. She was drawn to ESP’s mission because of its heart for inclusion, connection, and family support.

Candice loves themed social events, traveling, and any opportunity to bring people together through food, meaningful conversation, and connection.
