Sydney Laughlin is the Development Operations Manager at ESP, where she builds strong systems and data-driven strategies to support sustainable growth. Since joining ESP in 2018 as a program volunteer, she has grown through multiple roles and now leads CRM management, prospect research, and donor strategy—helping ensure ESP’s mission reaches new communities and families.
As a proud UGA graduate (Go Dawgs!!!), Sydney loves calling Athens home and deepening her connection to the community through ESP. Her “why” is getting to play a small role in families experiencing ESP for the first time and witnessing the joy, celebration, and life-change that follow.
Outside of work, Sydney can often be found traveling, enjoying hot yoga, or running around with her nephews.
