SEEABILITY for Schools is a turnkey, school-wide education program designed to help elementary students learn to see the abilities in themselves and others. Rooted in social-emotional learning and positive behavior frameworks, the program moves students beyond awareness and into empathy, kindness, and connection.

Designed to integrate seamlessly into the rhythm of the school year, SEEABILITY for Schools creates shared language, visible reinforcement, and joyful moments that shape school culture over time, without adding burden to teachers or administrators.

How the School Program Works

Schoolwide Introduction
The program launches with age-appropriate storytelling and visual content that introduces SEEABILITY and its mascot, Seemore. Students are invited into a shared message that celebrates differences and recognizes ability in everyone.

Ongoing Reinforcement
Throughout the year, SEEABILITY shows up in consistent, meaningful ways:

Short classroom videos featuring Seemore that reinforce monthly themes
Visual reminders through posters and classroom materials
Positive reinforcement through sticker-based recognition aligned to school behavior goals
Opportunities for students to practice seeing and celebrating abilities in others

Student Engagement & Leadership
SEEABILITY creates natural opportunities for student leadership, peer encouragement, and schoolwide participation – helping the message move from concept to lived experience.
