Core Value: Activating the Abilities of All

Cathy brings a background in nonprofit development and advocacy. She’s passionate about creating meaningful, joyful experiences for families, and she believes every family deserves to be seen, celebrated, and fully included. It’s what draws her to ESP’s core value of Activating the Abilities of All.

Her love for ESP began back in 2009, at her very first Big Hearts, watching her daughter Kyla take center stage. It was a moment that sparked a connection to this mission that’s only grown in her since.

Outside of work, Cathy cherishes time with her family and never misses a fall Saturday cheering, “Gooo Dawgs!” And a fun fact about her: She can touch the tip of her nose with my upper lip — a party trick that never fails.
