From teaching in New Orleans as a Teach For America corps member to running internal operations for a start-up talent consulting non-profit, Courtney has dedicated her professional career to working in the non-profit space and with mission-driven organizations. At ESP, Courtney’s role focuses on culture building, staff recruitment and retention, and people development.
Courtney, her husband, Carter, and two kids (Parker and Davis) have loved living and building community in Athens.
Courtney enjoys exercising and being active – you might catch her competing in a Hyrox race or on the tennis court.
