Manny is extremely passionate about building deep and meaningful connections. Whether it’s with participants, staff, families, volunteers, donors or businesses, he is ready to make a positive impact in the life of whoever is in front of him.
Manny spent three years working in banking at Oconee State Bank, before beginning his professional work in the nonprofit world. He spent three years working in fundraising for a ministry focused on individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction. He is passionate about connecting peoples finances with a deeper purpose.
Manny has spent the last decade involved with YoungLife, leading high school students in the Athens area. He enjoys leading bible studies, and showing up in the lives of high school students. He has also had the opportunity to build a deep connection with the YoungLife leaders in the Dominican Republic. That is a place that is extremely special to him, and he enjoys getting to learn from their ministry.
Outside of work, Manny enjoys being outdoors. The Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldawgs Football team are two teams that he follows closely. Pickleball is a major hobby of his.
