With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership, Tim loves helping people feel known, valued, and genuinely welcomed—not just into a space, but into a community. As Executive Director of ESP Savannah, he’s passionate about building meaningful relationships, introducing more of the community to ESP, and creating opportunities for individuals of all abilities and their families to thrive.

Tim is the proud dad of four incredible kids, is deeply shaped by his faith, and loves gathering around a table full of family and friends. After serving in pastoral ministry for 24 years, he found ESP’s mission deeply compelling: creating transformative experiences for every person of every ability.

If you want to find Tim on a day off, you’d have to look far down a wooded trail or behind a book in some trendy cafe with good espresso.
