Cassie started her journey at ESP in January 2026 after moving from Bozeman, Montana. She started as an intern working with office administration and volunteers before becoming the Volunteer Coordinator in August 2026. Prior to joining ESP, Cassie spent six years as an Assistant Office Manager and Event Planner for an architecture firm in Bozeman, Montana, where she developed a passion for organization, relationship-building, and creating meaningful experiences.

Cassie loves creating spaces where people feel seen and cared for. Whether she’s welcoming a first-time volunteer or hosting friends at home, she believes the little details make people feel like they belong. Outside of work, she enjoys a variety of hobbies, including baking, spending time with her dog, staying active, and trying just about any craft she can get her hands on.
