About Eva McNeill

Eva joins esp after two years with UGA Athletics, where she served as Assistant Director of Annual Giving and as a Development Graduate Assistant. In these roles, she managed marketing, communication, and operations for seven annual funds supporting over 500 student-athletes. She also played a key role in major giving, special events, and donor stewardship efforts.

Eva earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Georgia through the Double Dawg program. During her studies, she served on the leadership team and as Social Media Manager for The Hidden Opponent, an athlete-founded nonprofit focused on mental health in sports. Her work there spanned development, marketing, and organizational growth.

Originally from Newport Beach, Ca, Eva moved to Athens in 2018 to continue her athletic career at UGA following her time on the USA Swimming National and Junior National teams.

Now living in Winder, GA with her husband Noah, Eva is thrilled to be part of the esp community.
