Antonio Lewis-Ross serves as a Program Coordinator at ESP Savannah. Antonio’s journey with ESP began in 2025 when he started as an intern, and he now works full-time creating transformative experiences for participants and their families. Antonio’s work is deeply rooted in his commitment to community organizing, having spent over 10 years working to bring people together and empower marginalized communities. His previous leadership roles include Executive Director at Macon-Bibb Citizen Advocacy and Co-Founder & President of Smart, Inc., where he successfully led programs that improved quality of life for local communities, managed a team of volunteers, and secured funding for major regional projects.
Antonio’s work philosophy aligns with the core value of connecting the unconnected, believing that meaningful connections drive positive change. His dedication to fostering collaboration and inclusivity is central to his work at ESP Savannah, where he continues to build relationships and strengthen community bonds.
When he’s not working, Antonio enjoys spending time with his wife, Janais, and their son, with another baby on the way. Antonio’s family is his greatest support, and together, they look forward to building a future where every community member feels valued and empowered.
