Brad’s career in manufacturing engineering and leadership enables him to support mission-driven organizations to engage people, energize performance, enable excellence and elevate results for the people they serve.  At ESP, he focuses on solving problems, exceeding expectations, and developing people, processes and systems to improve our effectiveness, building a winning culture of excellence that learns, grows, thrives and endures to better serve our members, their families, communities and one another.

After growing up in Winder, GA, Brad and his wife Devre have successfully launched their adult children Patrick and Cayde, living in California, Texas, Georgia again, then North Carolina, Mississippi and Tennessee. They enjoy camping, fishing, reading & writing, crafting, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs and spending time with family, friends and their two dogs & two cats. Their strong faith, love, patience and commitment always see them through whatever comes next as they work their life’s mission to be a blessing to others.
