About Narda Sigala

Core Value: Connecting The Unconnected

Narda is passionate about connecting the unconnected because she knows firsthand how life-changing true connection can be. As a burn survivor, camp was the first place where she felt fully accepted, supported, and celebrated for who she was. It gave her confidence, lifelong friendships, and a deep sense of belonging—an experience that shaped who she is today. That powerful impact fuels her drive to help create those same meaningful connections for others.

Narda Sigala is a national-level powerlifter, storyteller, and passionate advocate from Woodstock, GA. She graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2024 with a degree in Journalism and Emerging Media, where she discovered her love for connection through storytelling. With 16 years of nonprofit experience as a camper, volunteer, and professional, Narda is especially dedicated to advocating for people with disabilities and those facing life challenges. She’s driven to create spaces where everyone feels seen, included, and empowered.

Her esp Why: Narda is thrilled to join the esp team and be part of a mission that deeply resonates with her. Having grown up experiencing the power of camp, she understands how life-changing it is to feel accepted, included, and celebrated. She sees that same magic in the work ESP does every day and is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to contribute. Narda looks forward to learning from the team and helping carry the mission forward with passion and purpose.
