Welcome to Metro Atlanta
Welcome to ESP in Metro Atlanta, our third and growing ESP community, based in Marietta and serving the greater Metro Atlanta area. Through thoughtfully designed experiences and family support, ESP creates spaces where members build confidence, connection, and a true sense of belonging.
A cornerstone of this community is Java Joy, one of our strongest purpose-driven programs. Since October 2020, Java Joy Atlanta has created meaningful employment experiences for more than 20 adults with disabilities, delivering exceptional hospitality—and joy—to organizations across the city. Together, ESP’s experiences and employment pathways create transformative opportunities for members and families throughout the region.
