About Taylor Shannon

Core value: Connecting the unconnected – “I deeply value cultivating new relationships and intentional relationship building. ESP is a place that transforms individuals in every aspect whether that me a participant, volunteer, parent, community member, etc. Community is what makes us human and I cannot think of a better community to be connected to than ESP and I want every unconnected individual to experience it!”

Outside of curating ESP Atlanta’s programs, Taylor is an avid music enthusiast who’s passionate about every facet of the art form. From crafting playlists to attending festivals, interacting with artists, and navigating the music business, Taylor’s love for music knows no bounds. Additionally, Taylor is a record collector, guitarist, avid traveler, and a runner, finding inspiration and balance in the harmonious intersection of music and life.

Her ESP Why: Our participant Sandy- “Sandy was my FIRST ever buddy at ESP and she was so patient with me as I stepped into ESP for the first time in 2019. Over the past few years she has taught me what it looks like to truly love genuinely and empathetically. I have never interacted with such a pure soul in my life. Sandy models a type of loves and intentionality I strive for each and everyday. I got the honor to be her buddy the last day of CTL this year. In an unplanned coincidence Sandy was my first every buddy and my last one before moving into a full-time position. A full circle moment that I am so thankful for.”
