Manny brings a relationship-driven approach to his work at ESP, focusing on building meaningful connections with members, families, staff, donors, and community partners. With a background in banking and nonprofit fundraising, he offers a unique perspective on aligning financial resources with deeper purpose and lasting impact in the lives of others.
Manny is deeply motivated by walking alongside people and helping them feel seen and valued. He has spent many years mentoring high school students through YoungLife and engaging in ministry work, experiences that continue to shape his heart for service, connection, and ESP’s mission of belonging.
Manny loves being outdoors, follows the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs closely, and can often be found on a pickleball court whenever he has free time.
