Core Value: Connecting the Unconnected
McKenzie’s work is grounded in both purpose and people. She uses her background in Education and Social Justice from Miami University to influence her work and desire to be a part of a mission-driven organization. At ESP, she focuses on Java Joy, which creates employment opportunities for adults with disabilities while simultaneously strengthening communities through connection, JOY, and purpose!
Though Ohio will always be home, McKenzie has learned to absolutely love all that Athens has to offer: great food, great music, and amazing friends!
McKenzie enjoys reading (particularly thrillers, recommendations are always accepted!), taking yearly trips with former college roommates, cheering for The Ohio State Buckeyes, and listening to Taylor Swift on repeat!!
