I’m a Continuous Improvement Coordinator at ESP, with a background in service, education, and nonprofit operations. I graduated college in Special Education but chose to continue growing my career at ESP. I’ve held roles as an AmeriCorps member, Experience Coordinator in Athens, and Gifts and Records Specialist, and I enjoy improving processes and supporting people in mission-driven work.
Ayden grew up in Gwinnett County and volunteered with organizations such as Special Olympics, Best Buddies, and Sparrowwood. These organizations helped her to find her calling and eventually find ESP. She has lived in Athens since 2022.
Ayden loves to travel and collect postcards wherever she travels.
