About Jocelyn Wykoff

Core value: “At the heart of my journey lies a deep-rooted belief in faith — not just as a core value, but as a guiding light in both my professional and personal endeavors. Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, ‘Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.’ This belief fuels my commitment to our vision: empowering communities with the resources they need to thrive, even if I can’t see the staircase, I can see the ability.”

Jocelyn Wykoff is driven by a relentless passion for making resources accessible and meaningful. She believes that the right tools and knowledge can be life-changing, and it’s this belief that motivates her every day to bring our vision to life. Away from the office, her world revolves around being a wife and a mom to three incredible kids and nine adorable fur babies. Nurturing her family, providing a loving home, and watching them grow is Jocelyn’s greatest joy and achievement. In those rare moments of ‘spare’ time, you’ll find her lacing up her running shoes for a brisk run or hitting the trails for a rejuvenating hike. It’s these moments amidst nature that recharge her batteries and inspire her creativity.

Her esp why: “My ESP why? It’s simple and passionate: I want to ensure that vital resources are not just available, but easily accessible to those that need them. My family and I have faced the challenges of not knowing the next steps, feeling lost and unsupported. It’s a situation I don’t want any family or community to endure.”
