Kate recently graduated from the University of Georgia’s Mary Frances Early College of Education with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and serves as esp’s Volunteer Coordinator. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying out local Athens restaurants (and repeating her favorites), and traveling!
Her esp WHY: “I began volunteering at esp my freshman year of college and instantly felt at home. The joy that radiates within the walls of esp is like nowhere else. I am so thankful for the constant fun, love, and encouragement that the participants, staff, and volunteers pour into my life. It’s a gift to be surrounded by them every day. Being a part of the impact esp has on the Athens community is so meaningful to me and incredibly exciting!”
