Erika brings 8 years of nonprofit leadership experience in support of ESP’s mission. Since joining ESP in 2023, she has honed her Project Management skills, leading initiatives that expand ESP to new communities, strengthen board operations, drive continuous improvement, and bring transformative experiences to life through events.
When she’s not working, Erika can be found enjoying the Athens music scene, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, hiking, traveling, or taking long walks with her dog, Bubba. A proud UGA grad and Athens local, she’s drawn to ESP’s mission of helping people feel seen, heard, and genuinely loved for who they are.
Erika won her 8th grade Talent Show People’s Choice Award for performing the Napoleon Dynamite dance scene! It was legendary according to local sources.
